who we are
Baby Ghosts grew out of research into the barriers faced by underrepresented creators in Canada's interactive digital arts sector. We work alongside Gamma Space Collaborative Studio, a member cooperative, to provide education and pre-formation support - the foundational governance work needed before seeking external funding or incorporation. The program began in 2021 as a Weird Ghosts initiative. Baby Ghosts was incorporated as its own nonprofit in 2023 and became a registered charity in 2026. Learn more about us.
