Use this form if you saw or experienced a breach of our Code of Conduct, or if you're in a conflict with someone in the Baby Ghosts community. That covers our Slack and meetups we run or that are mostly Baby Ghosts people.

About your name

Your name and email are optional. Leave them blank to report anonymously.

If you give your name, we won't tell the person you're reporting who made the report. We share details only with the people who handle reports and with the Board. Until our Conflict Resolution Committee is formed, the people who handle reports are a member of staff and the Board chair.

If a conflict later becomes a formal complaint under our Conflict Resolution Policy, the person it's about gets a copy of the complaint with your name on it. We'll tell you this before you choose that route, and the choice of route is yours.

Without a name, we can act on a report, but we can't follow up with you, offer support or tell you what happened. What you write can identify you too, even with the name fields blank.

This form records only what you type into it, and nothing about your device or connection.
